Influences of subjective norms on teachers’ intention to use social media in working

چکیده

This study investigates factors affecting teachers’ intention to use the Zalo app–a social media with impressive users in Vietnam recent years. The extended technology acceptance model (TAM) involves subjective norms (SNs) (colleagues, managers, students, and parents) anxiety as precursors of user attitude well perceived ease (PEOU) usefulness (PU) key variables TAM was employed. 1,105 teachers took part online survey. employed partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze quantitative data relationship among factors. findings show that colleagues have no impact on PU, managers an insignificant influence PEOU. In contrast, students their parents positively PEOU usefulness. Moreover, can increase levels, whereas students’ connection decreases anxiety. These accounted for 79.6% variance users’ adoption. results confirm SNs app working. is issues related used at institutional level–a way back solution new educational context modern society.
